About New Life Church

A little bit of history:

Our theological roots began in the book of Acts and pass through the ministry of John Wesley in early 18th century England. The Church of the Nazarene was organized in the late 19th century by Christians committed to spiritual formation, transformed lives, and effective service. Our tradition now has over a million members in nearly 150 world areas.

New Life Nazarene Church (www.nlnc.org) started in 1962. We moved to the present 2.7 acre location in 1966 with the completion of Building A (the Worship Center). Building B was added in 1973; we launched Little People Christian Preschool/Day Care (www.MyLittlePeople.org) there in 1977. Building C was added in 1987; the Far East Education Institute (www.FarEastCupertino.com) joined our campus community in 1993.

New Life Church is a part of the International Church of the Nazarene (www.Nazarene.org). We are also members of the Willow Creek Association (www.WillowCreek.com).
